WHAT WE MAKE:
Cold Pressed Juices! Cold-pressed is a form of juicing that gently grinds produce into a fine pulp and passes it through a hydraulic press to extract the vitamins and nutrients from the fiber of the produce. Our juices are alive and pressed fresh. We do not pasteurize or add preservatives to our juice to make them last longer.Because of this, Salud juice has a 3-4 day shelf life.
We support California farmers by only using produce found at local farmers markets. We build strong relationships with our farmers and sometimes even visit the farms to help pick our produce! We strive to choose the best produce with no pesticides or chemicals. All of our produce comes from organic farms to make sure your juicing experience with us is the best around!
ABOUT US:
Salud was born out of love for supporting local products while providing healthy, fast alternatives to instant food found on every street corner. In 2012, founder, Angela Almaguer, started exploring the health benefits of juicing and wanted to find ways to “share the wealth.” She started by bringing juice to work for coworkers and jarring juice for her family. As orders started piling up, co-owner Roxy Martinez stepped in to draw the reigns and lend a helping hand. The fairly odd couple has dedicated their life to serving the people one juice at a time. With the help of local farmers and businesses, Angela and Roxy are striving to bring fresh, organic produce from farms to to bottle to doorstep.
