Bakeology was founded in early 2012 by mother-daughter team Sasha Crescentini + Dawn Martel with one simple goal, to simulate the indulgence that goes along with enjoying a cookie filled with butter, eggs, + flour, without actually using these lack luster ingredients. This wasn’t an easy task, but they feel that they have finally mastered their formulas by using coconut oil, flax seeds, + their own gluten- free flour blend.
