My name is Carmen Ruiz de Huidobro, and I created Espanolita Foods and Imports after years of dreaming how to bring real Spanish food to LA. Before embarking in this culinary experience I worked as an Art Director and Set Designer for films, photoshoots and music videos, and have lived in Madrid, Sydney, London, Morocco, New York… before settling down in California with my English husband and baby. I also enjoy Floral Design and other crafts, and keep broadening my interests by taking courses or collaborating with different vibrant professionals, while I am able to travel a bit.
